This is where it all begins

Greeted by the green grass, eager faces and excited chatter I was ecstatic about the adventure which was about to begin. Absent of guides and signs I floundered from building to building in an attempt to the classroom. With the time fastidiously disappearing from the day everyone encountered possessed no real knowledge of where the classroom was. Finally someone was able to shed some light, "Up three flights, should be the first classroom facing the stairs"

"Three flights??" I repeated disbelievingly.

"Three flights ", he replied nodding.

Seeing the crowd of people at the top of the stairs did alleviate my initial fear of walking into a class which already began. Propping myself against the ledge I looked around at the soon to be familiar faces of my classmates. An extensive mix of ages and races confronted me, leading me to believe this class was to be an extraordinary experience.

With any mix of human resources there will be a range of emotions and outcomes emanating from the same experience. Optimistically for all, this class proves to be a rewarding experience where we not only learn, but are able to aptly apply the knowledge transferred to any situation which we encounter. Where we are able to aptly share not only new found knowledge, ideas and passions on a plethora of topics, but influence each other’s outlook and stance on issues affecting the class.

As he old adage goes, only time will tell
